Boarding Policies

All our guests are required to pass a pre-screening to help us ensure a safe and healthy environment for everyone to play in.

In addition to a completed application, we require new boarders to pass the following requirements:

Physical Attributes

All dog must weigh less than 25 pounds, be at least 6 months old, and be spayed or neutered. If your dog is not spayed or neutered, we cannot accept them into daycare, but we can make arrangements to have your dog individual walked and played with separately on a case-by-case basis.

Vaccinations

All dogs must have proof of current vaccinations from a licensed veterinarian to cover the following:

  • DHLPP (Distemper, Hepatitis, Leptospirosis, Parainfluenza, Parvovirus)
  • Bordetella
  • Rabies

General Health

We require all new owners to certify that their dogs are on a regular flea and tick program (ex. Frontline), are currently on medication to prevent heartworm (ex. Heartgard), and that their dog has not been ill in the last 30 days.

Temperament

To ensure the safety and enjoyment of other dogs in our daycare, all dogs must not show signs of aggression towards other dogs and people.

Entry Screening

We require a minimum half day of daycare for all dogs before being accepted for boarding.

These screening are essential to ensure a safe and pest-free environment for all of our campers. You may book your daycare at any time before your scheduled boarding date. When coming in for your pets first day of daycare, please be sure to set aside a few minutes when dropping off so that we may check to make sure there are no apparent problems before starting their day with us.

Medications

We can administer your pet’s medications at no additional charge. Just let us know in advance when and how to give your pet their medications.

Emergencies

In the event that your dog has an emergency situation, our on-site veterinarians will treat your dog with billing made separately by the veterinarian. We will attempt to contact you before administering veterinary care, but in the event that we cannot reach you at the contact numbers you leave on your application, we will take immediate steps to ensure the health of your pet.
